Who am I?

My name is Ricardo, but people call me Rico. I am from Portugal and Angola and I live in London. I am also a huge fan of football and without a doubt, I support the best club in England, Chelsea FC! I have been to 3 countries since 2018 but this year, I will double that!

Why blog?

Upon finishing my summer exams in 2017, my two close friends and I were talking about things we really wanted to do. They expressed their passions and I expressed mine, which was travelling. The concept of solo travel was very new to me, but it was the best thing I did in 2018. Blogging will be a way for me to look back at my travel experiences in the coming years, being grateful for them.

What is in it for you?

This blog is exclusively travel related. I aim to show you how to travel more for less and tell you my personal experiences of (solo) travelling. Besides suggesting places to visit and sharing with you travel hacks, I will be posting other travel-related content, so keep your eyes peeled for the next post and perhaps, I will ignite your own passion to travel 🙂.

How can you get involved?

I want to encourage all my readers to comment on my posts – even if you disagree with me. Ask me questions, offer me suggestions or even complain.
